Transportation services for postal delivery and sales tax collection in Peshawar region

The Postmaster General Peshawar Circle invites bids for transportation services to support mail delivery and sales tax collection under tender number 36(B) 2004. Items being procured: - 1 vehicle for Peshawar-Rawalpindi (SME) route, 360 km, 2600+ yards, 12 feet length, 6 feet height - 1 vehicle for Thana Matt route, 135 km, 2600+ yards, 12 feet length, 6 feet height - 1 passenger vehicle for Link Roads DMO, 140 km - 1 passenger vehicle for Bannu-Khadar Khan Khel, 70 km - 1 passenger vehicle for Bannu-Razmak, 240 km - 1 passenger vehicle for DI Khan-Razmak, 120 km - 1 passenger vehicle for DI Khan-Bilot, 182 km - 1 passenger vehicle for DI Khan-Pianala-Rehman Khel, 140 km - 1 passenger vehicle for DI Khan-Tank, 140 km - 1 passenger vehicle for Tank-Warana, 280 km The scope includes provision of vehicles suitable for the specified routes and distances, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of postal items and tax collection materials. Vehicles must meet technical specifications and comply with government regulations. The contract duration is three years. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, and meet the required financial and technical criteria including Earnest Money of PKR 100,000 for SME routes and PKR 50,000 for MMC.
