Hiring of transportation services for shifting of wheat from PASSCO zones to PASSCO godowns at Multan and Khanewal zone and other zones

Pakistan Agricultural Storage and Services Corporation Limited (PASSCO) invites electronic bids from reputed companies, firms, and transporters for the hiring of transportation services to shift wheat from PASSCO Alipur Zone to PASSCO godowns located in Multan, Khanewal zone, and other zones as well. This tender is issued by PASSCO Head Office in Lahore, Punjab. Items being procured: - Transportation services for shifting 40,000 metric tons to 90,000 metric tons (±15%) of wheat from PASSCO Alipur Zone to PASSCO godowns in Multan, Khanewal, and other zones. The scope includes transportation per ton per kilometer inclusive of loading, unloading, labor charges, POL, applicable taxes and duties, toll taxes, and 0.25% stamp duty. Bidders must quote rates accordingly and provide a bid security of Rs. 5,000,000 in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Cashier’s Cheque from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 5% performance security before signing the agreement. Cash, personal cheque, CDR, SDR, or bank guarantees will not be accepted. Eligibility criteria include being a well-reputed transporter with valid registration and experience in similar large-scale transportation contracts.
