Hiring of transportation services for shifting wheat from PASSCO zones to PASSCO godowns in Multan and Khanewal zones and other zones

Pakistan Agricultural Storage and Services Corporation Limited (PASSCO) invites electronic bids from well reputed companies and transporters for the hiring of transportation services for shifting wheat from PASSCO Alipur Zone to PASSCO godowns in Multan and Khanewal zones and other zones as well. This tender is issued by the General Manager (Commercial) at PASSCO Head Office, 11 Kashmir Road, Lahore. Items being procured: - Transportation services for shifting 40,000 metric tons to 90,000 metric tons (±15%) of wheat The scope of work includes loading, unloading, labor charges, POL, all applicable taxes and duties, toll taxes, 0.25% stamp duty, and other connected services as mentioned in the bidding documents. Bidders must quote their rates per ton per kilometer inclusive of all these charges. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 5% performance security of the actual contracted amount before signing the agreement. Cash, personal cheque, call deposit receipt (CDR), security deposit receipt (SDR), and bank guarantees will not be accepted. Only pay orders, demand drafts, or cashier’s cheques from scheduled banks in Pakistan in favor of PASSCO are acceptable as bid security. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and ATL, and compliance with PPRA rules. Bidders must purchase bidding documents on written request from PASSCO Head Office Lahore on cash payment of Rs. 5,000 non-refundable. The pre-bid meeting for clarifications is scheduled for 15-07-2026 at 12:00 hours. The last date for purchase of bidding documents is 22-07-2026. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS by 12:30 hours on 23-07-2026 and will be opened at 13:00 hours the same day.
