This tender invites bids for the transportation of wheat goods on a PR to PR basis across various districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the financial year 2025-26. The Food Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa requires registered carriage contractors to transport wheat efficiently and reliably, ensuring timely delivery to designated locations within the province.
The scope involves moving wheat goods under head A-03806-001, with contractors required to submit earnest money of PKR 1,000,000 via call deposit receipt from Khyber Bank or any scheduled bank. The contract demands adherence to tax obligations including Income Tax, KPRA Sales Tax, Stamp Duty, and Professional Tax as per government regulations. The successful bidder will execute a contract agreement within 15 days of approval and provide a 10% freight value performance security in the form of CDR/SDR.
Contractors must be registered with the Food Department for the 2025-26 fiscal year and comply with all prescribed tax and legal requirements. The tender follows a single stage single envelope procurement method, with bids submitted through the E-PADS online portal. The Food Department advises bidders to ensure their PEC registration and FBR ATL status are current for the fiscal year 2025-26 to avoid disqualification.

Physical submission of original bid security is required at the Food Directorate, Haji Camp Adda, G T Road, Peshawar, at least 30 minutes before bid opening.
