Turnkey Office Renovation Works at Sumya Sky View Karachi

Sindh Energy Holding Company Limited (SEHCL), a Government of Sindh entity, invites sealed bids/proposals from eligible and reputable contractors/firms for comprehensive turnkey office renovation works at its new office located at Sumya Sky View, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi. Items being procured: - Turnkey Office Renovation: Complete office fit-out including civil works, painting, electrical works, IT/network cabling, HVAC installation, office furniture and allied works, complete as per the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) prepared by the Design Consultant. The scope covers a full renovation of the SEHCL office on the 14th floor of Sumya Sky View, involving civil construction, painting, electrical wiring, IT and network cabling, HVAC system installation, and furnishing. The project requires adherence to detailed specifications and BoQ provided by the design consultant. Eligible bidders must meet the qualification criteria including relevant experience, financial capacity, and registration with applicable government authorities. Documentary evidence supporting eligibility and technical qualifications is mandatory.
