Tyres for Passenger Busses Procurement by Pakistan Telecommunication Authority Islamabad

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) Islamabad invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of tyres for passenger busses under financial year 2026-27. This procurement is referenced as P66839 and follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Tyres for passenger busses: total 14 tyres including six tyres for replacement and one spare tyre per bus for two buses. The tyres must be rubber, of good quality, preferably of foreign origin, size 10.00 R-20 146/143L, steel radial tube type 16 ply with soft material, and mileage between 80,000 to 100,000. Tubes and flappers with fitting are included. The technical scope includes supply of brand new tyres meeting the specified standards and warranty of 2 years. Delivery location is F-5/1, Islamabad with delivery period of 10 days. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid registration with FBR, NTN, GST, dealership certificates, no blacklisting, and past purchase orders since 2023. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or bid securing declaration as per PPRA rules. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on August 24, 2026. Original bid security must be physically submitted at PTA office F-5/1, Islamabad before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA rules.
