Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department in Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of tyres and tubes specifically for welding plants under contract number SSGC/LP/EPADS2/PT/2178241. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.

- Tyre 5.60 x 13, 4 PLY, quantity 80
- Tube for Tyre 5.60 x 13, quantity 80
- Tyre Tubeless Size 255/70 R 15C Steel Belted Radial 112/110S, quantity 32
- Tyre Tubeless Size 245/70 R16, AT20, quantity 80
The tyres and tubes are to be delivered to the Khadeji stores within 30 to 45 days. Specifications include ply ratings, load ranges, tread and sidewall materials, and maximum load and pressure ratings as detailed in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with FBR and comply with all eligibility criteria including submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. All bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on August 31, 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
Bidders are advised to carefully review all tender documents including terms, conditions, and specifications available on EPADS portal. A bid securing declaration is mandatory. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. For successful bidders, performance guarantees and contract signing will follow as per the contract terms.
