Welding, Ditching, Backfilling, Reinstatement and Allied Services for Underground Network Replacement at Ahmad Town, Faisal Colony SOD (Remaining Portion), Bahawalpur Region

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from pre-qualified contractors of Bahawalpur Region for welding, ditching, backfilling, reinstatement, and allied services related to the underground network replacement under the System Rehabilitation Program for the Financial Year 2026-27. The scope of work is focused on Ahmad Town and Faisal Colony SOD (remaining portion) in Bahawalpur Region. Items being procured: - 1-1/4 inch dia PE Pipe (quantity: 270 meters) - 2 inch dia PE Pipe (quantity: 1080 meters) The technical scope includes all necessary welding, ditching, backfilling, and reinstatement works required for the safe and efficient replacement of the underground gas pipeline network. Contractors must ensure compliance with SNGPL standards and safety protocols throughout the execution of the project. Only pre-qualified contractors for the Bahawalpur Region are eligible to participate. Bidders are required to submit valid NTN/Income Tax Certificates, a PPRA Certificate, and the latest professional tax certificate along with their request for tender documents. The price of the bidding documents is PKR 1000, and the earnest money must not be less than 2 percent of the bid amount, excluding taxes. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents and submitted at the SNGPL Regional Office, Maintenance Section, 6-D Model Town-A, Bahawalpur, on or before 03-09-2026 at 15:00 hrs. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 15:30 hrs.
