Tender Description
The Collectorate of Custom Enforcement, Gadani (Pakistan Customs) is inviting bids for the procurement of uniforms and related items for Customs Officers and Sepoys in Gadani, Balochistan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to supply complete uniform sets along with shoes, badges, and epaulettes corresponding to respective ranks.

- Collector's Uniform (Charcoal/Camouflage) 2 suits
- Additional Collector Uniform (Charcoal/Camouflage) 4 suits
- Deputy Collector Uniform (Charcoal/Camouflage) 4 suits
- Assistant Collector Uniform (Charcoal/Camouflage) 4 suits
- Inspector/SPS Uniform (Camouflage/Charcoal) 32 suits
- Hawaldar Uniform (Camouflage) 3 suits
- Sepoy Uniform (Camouflage) 201 suits
- Leather Shoes for Customs Officers and Sepoys 250 pairs
The technical scope includes manufacturing uniforms strictly according to approved technical specifications, fabric composition, stitching, design, badges, and epaulettes as prescribed by the Collectorate. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to inspect the goods at any stage of manufacture or prior to delivery. Any defective or non-conforming items will be rejected and must be replaced at the supplier's cost. The supplier must provide a certificate confirming all materials are new and conform to quality standards.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to have a minimum of three years' experience in supplying uniforms, valid FBR registration, sales tax registration where applicable, and must submit samples for technical evaluation. Bidders must also provide bid security and comply with all documentation requirements including CNIC copies, non-blacklisting affidavit, and government work orders.
The bid submission deadline is Monday, July 27, 2026, at 09:00 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). The bid opening will be live on EPADS v2.0 at 09:30 AM the same day. The bid security amount is PKR 120,000. The contract includes a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price.
