Up gradation of Pretabad Water Treatment Plant and Related Infrastructure in Hyderabad

The Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites bids for multiple infrastructure and utility upgrade projects in Hyderabad, Sindh. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope method through the E-PADS 2.0 online platform. Eligible firms must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and specialized field, along with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) tax compliance. Items being procured: - Up gradation of 08 MGD to 12 MGD Pretabad Water Treatment Plant at Pretabad, Taluka City Hyderabad (Civil Works) - Up gradation of 08 MGD to 12 MGD Pretabad Water Treatment Plant at Pretabad, Taluka City Hyderabad (Electrical, Mechanical & Allied Works) - Providing & Fixing of Solar Lights at various streets & Solarization of schools & Colleges of Taluka City, Hyderabad - Providing and Laying Main (20" dia) Water Supply Line from Pretabad Filter Plant to its Commanding Areas including Hali Road & its Allied Roads, including HSR, LSR, Pumping Machinery & Allied Accessories - Construction/Up Gradation of Various Roads & Streets, Storm Water Drains, & Water Supply Lines of Taluka City, Hyderabad The technical scope covers civil works for water treatment plant upgradation, electrical and mechanical installations, solar lighting and solarization of educational institutions, water supply pipeline laying with pumping machinery, and road and drainage infrastructure improvements. The projects are located primarily in Hyderabad city and its Taluka areas. Bidders must be registered with PEC in relevant categories, possess valid FBR and SRB tax registrations, and demonstrate experience in similar infrastructure projects. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security is required as per the specified amounts for each package. Key dates include a Pre-Bid Meeting on 2026-07-23 at 11:00 AM, with bid submission deadline on 2026-07-31 at 10:00 AM, and bid opening on the same day at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS 2.0, accompanied by scanned copies of tender fee and bid security. Original tender fee and bid security documents must be delivered to the GM (F&A) / Chief Finance Officer, PIDCL, Karachi prior to submission.
