Up-Gradation and Special Repair Works at Various Pakistan Railways Stations in Peshawar Division

Pakistan Railways Peshawar Division is inviting bids for civil works involving up-gradation and special repairs at multiple railway stations within the Peshawar Division. The procurement is managed by the Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Peshawar, and targets contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid registration for the financial year 2025-26, along with registration on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Items being procured: - Up-Gradation / Raising of Passenger Platform at Chabb Railway Station on Kundian – Attock City Section - Special repair to gents waiting room and Wash room at Nowshera Railway station - Special repair to Bridge No. 290-A at Km. 328/12-13 with chemical treatment between Daudkhel – Kundian section - Up-Gradation / Improvement of Uchri Railway Station Platform on Kundian – Attock City section The scope includes civil construction and repair works such as platform raising, structural repairs to bridges with chemical treatment, and refurbishment of waiting and washroom facilities. These works are to be completed within specified periods ranging from 3 to 6 months depending on the item. The projects are located in Peshawar Division, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Eligible bidders must be PEC-registered contractors in the relevant specialized codes, have up-to-date registration for the financial year 2025-26, and be on the FBR ATL. Firms must submit a scanned copy of bid security in the form of CDR or pay order in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Peshawar. Original bid security must be submitted to the Divisional Superintendent office along with other required documents. Tender documents are available online at the official Pakistan Railways vendor portal. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) by 11:00 hours on 5th August 2026. Financial bids for certain items will be opened publicly on the same day at 13:30 hours in the presence of bidders’ representatives.
