Up-Gradation and Special Repairs of Railway Platforms and Bridge in Peshawar Division

Pakistan Railways Peshawar Division is inviting bids for civil works involving up-gradation and special repairs at various railway stations and infrastructure within the division. The procurement is specifically for works on passenger platforms and a bridge, reflecting a focus on improving passenger facilities and structural integrity in the region. Items being procured: - Up-Gradation / Raising of Passenger Platform at Chabb Railway Station on Kundian – Attock City Section - Special repair to gents waiting room and washroom at Nowshera Railway Station - Special repair to Bridge No. 290-A at Km. 328/12-13 with chemical treatment between Daudkhel – Kundian section - Up-Gradation / Improvement of Uchni Railway Station Platform on Kundian – Attock City section The technical scope covers civil works including platform raising and improvement, structural repairs to waiting rooms and washrooms, and chemical treatment for bridge preservation. These works are to be completed within specified periods ranging from 3 to 6 months, indicating a medium-scale project requiring specialized civil engineering expertise. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with up-to-date renewal for the financial year 2025-26 in the relevant specialized code. Additionally, registration with the Income Tax Department and appearance on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is mandatory. Submission of a CDR or pay order as bid security in the name of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Peshawar, is required. Tender documents are available online and bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) by 11:00 hours on 05 August 2026. Original bid security must be submitted physically to the Divisional Superintendent office by the same deadline. Financial bids for certain works will be opened publicly at 11:30 hours on the same day.
