Up-Grading and Special Repair Works at Various Pakistan Railways Stations in Peshawar Division

Pakistan Railways Peshawar Division invites bids for civil works involving up-gradation and special repairs at multiple railway stations within the division. The procurement is managed by the Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Peshawar, and targets contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid renewal for the financial year 2025-26, registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Items being procured: - Up-Grading / Raising of Passenger Platform at Chabb Railway Station on Kundian – Attock City Section - Special repair to gents waiting room and Wash room at Nowshera Railway station - Special repair to Bridge No. 290-A at Km. 328/12-13 with chemical treatment between Daudkhel – Kundian section - Up-Grading / Improvement of Uchri Railway Station Platform on Kundian – Attock City section The scope includes civil construction and repair works such as platform raising, structural repairs, and chemical treatment of bridge components. The projects have completion periods ranging from 3 to 6 months. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) by 11:00 hours on 5th August 2026. The original bid security in the form of CDR or pay order must be submitted to the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Peshawar, along with other required documents by 11:30 hours on the same day. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration in the relevant civil works category, valid FBR registration, and ATL listing. Experience in railway infrastructure projects will be advantageous. The financial bids for S/No.01 will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 hours, while the financial bids for S/No.04 will be opened only for technically qualified firms under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure.
