Up-Grading and Special Repairs of Railway Platforms, Waiting Rooms, and Bridge in Peshawar Division

Pakistan Railways Peshawar Division invites bids for important civil works under the Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates-2016 (PRCSR-2016). Items being procured: - Up-Gradation / Raising of Passenger Platform at Chabb Railway Station on Kundian – Attock City Section - Special repair to gents waiting room and Wash room at Nowshera Railway station - Special repair to Bridge No. 290-A at Km. 328/12-13 with chemical treatment between Daudkhel – Kundian section - Up-Gradation / Improvement of Uchri Railway Station Platform on Kundian – Attock City section The scope includes civil works such as platform raising, structural repairs to waiting rooms and washrooms, and chemical treatment for bridge preservation. These works are to be completed within periods ranging from 3 to 6 months, ensuring enhanced safety and passenger convenience. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with up-to-date renewal for the financial year 2025-26, registered with the Income Tax department, and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Submission of Earnest Money in the form of CDR with the firm’s name is mandatory. Tender documents are available online via the E-PAD Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Bidders must upload their bids on EPADS by 11:00 hours on 05 August 2026. Original bid security must be submitted to the Divisional Superintendent office by 11:30 hours the same day.
