Up-Scalling of Green Pakistan Programme (Revised) Wildlife Component Balochistan - Establishment of Breeding Farms and Community Game Reserves

The Divisional Forest Officer Kech invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of works under the 'UP-SCALLING OF GREEN PAKISTAN PROGRAMME (REVISED) WILDLIFE COMPONENT BALOCHISTAN'. The procurement requires earnest money of 2% and a time limit of 2 months for each work. Items being procured: - Establishment of Breeding Farms (Estimated Cost: Rs. 5,000,000/-) - Establishment of Community Game Reserves (Estimated Cost: Rs. 5,000,000/-) The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regularity Authority, 2014. Tender forms will only be issued to contractors registered in the concerned category with relevant experience. Tender documents will be issued only upon submission of 2% earnest money deposit at call from NBP or a recognized bank in favor of the undersigned. The earnest money will be refundable after approval of the competent authority and issuance of the work order. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Divisional Forest Officer Kech upon payment of Rs. 1000/- non-refundable fee through challan C-03370 from the date of publication during office hours. Conditional, telegraphic, and ambiguous tenders will not be accepted. Father, sons, and brothers are not allowed to compete with each other. The last date for submission of bidding documents/tender is 24/09/2026 till 11:00 am. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning reasons and to accept any tender whether lowest or not, subject to reasonability of rates. No correspondence of any nature will be entertained. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids ensuring all required documents and earnest money are submitted timely to avoid disqualification.
