Tender Description
The CW, PP&H Department District Loralai invites eligible bidders for multiple construction and upgradation works under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative BSDI Phase-III 2026-27. These works are based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates for the year 2025.
Items being procured:
- Upgradation of Emergency Block Teaching Hospital Loralai (Rs. 27,836,512)
- Construction of Police Check Post Tang Chain (Tangsar) District Loralai (Rs. 9,950,151)
- Development of Park and Recreational Facilities District Loralai (Rs. 19,987,187)
- Construction of Washroom at multiple GGMS and GGMIDS locations in District Loralai (Rs. 23,193,581)
These projects involve civil engineering works including building upgradation, new construction of police check posts, recreational park development, and sanitary facilities construction at various educational institutions. The scope requires compliance with PEC C-6 and above, with specialized code CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and have a minimum turnover of 70% of the estimated cost in two consecutive years, along with active tax registration and no blacklisting by any procuring agency.
Bid security of 3% in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Commissioner District Loralai during office hours until 07 September 2026. The last date for bid submission is 07 September 2026 by 11:00 AM, with tender opening at 12:00 PM the same day at the Deputy Commissioner's office.
