Upgradation of NDMA Warehouses

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Islamabad is inviting e-bids from firms or contractors duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the upgradation of NDMA Warehouses located in Islamabad. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the infrastructure and operational capacity of the warehouses to better serve disaster management needs. Items being procured: - Upgradation of NDMA Warehouses The scope of work involves comprehensive upgrading activities at the warehouse sites, including structural improvements and installation of necessary systems. The successful firm will also be responsible for providing after-sales service facilities for the delivered or installed systems at the site location, ensuring operational reliability and maintenance support. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Additionally, firms must be registered on the EPADS 2.0 platform to participate in the electronic bidding process. The technical bid must comply with the instructions prescribed in the bidding documents, and all bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee as specified in the bid data sheet. The tender submission deadline is 1100 hours on 27th July 2026 (Monday). Bidders must submit their electronic bids online via https://pa.epads.gov.pk/ and deliver the original bid security along with a hard copy of the bidding documents to the NDMA Headquarters Islamabad before the deadline. Electronic bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
