Upgradation of NDMA Warehouses

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Islamabad is inviting e-bids from firms and contractors duly registered with PEC for the upgradation of NDMA Warehouses located in Islamabad. This procurement is specifically for the enhancement and improvement of warehouse facilities under the direct supervision of NDMA Headquarters. Items being procured: - Upgradation works for NDMA Warehouses The technical scope includes all necessary materials and workmanship required to upgrade the warehouse infrastructure to meet operational and safety standards. The firm will also be responsible for providing after-sales service facilities for the delivered and installed systems at the site location. This ensures ongoing maintenance and support post-completion. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Additionally, bidders must be registered on the EPADS 2.0 platform to participate in the electronic bidding process. Experience in similar warehouse or infrastructure upgradation projects will be advantageous. The tender submission deadline is strictly by 1100 hours on 30th July 2026 (Thursday). Bidders must submit their bids online via https://epads.gov.pk and also deliver the original bid security along with a hard copy of the bidding documents to the NDMA Headquarters Islamabad by the same deadline. Electronic bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives.
