Upgradation of NDMA Warehouses

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Islamabad is inviting e-bids from firms and contractors duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the upgradation of NDMA Warehouses located in Islamabad. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the infrastructure and operational capacity of the warehouses to better serve disaster management needs. Items being procured: - Upgradation works for NDMA Warehouses The scope of work includes comprehensive upgrading activities at the warehouse sites, ensuring improved storage, safety, and operational efficiency. The successful firm will also be responsible for providing after-sales service facilities for the delivered and installed systems at the site location. This indicates a requirement for ongoing maintenance and support post-completion. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with PEC and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Additionally, registration on the EPADS 2.0 platform is mandatory for bid submission. The tender emphasizes the importance of compliance with technical and financial bid requirements, including submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee. Bidders must submit their electronic bids online at https://epads.gov.pk by 1100 hours on 30th July 2026 (Thursday). The original bid security and hard copy of bidding documents must also be delivered to the specified address by the same deadline. Electronic bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day at NDMA Headquarters Islamabad in the presence of bidders' representatives.
