This tender invites bids for the upgradation of 100 primary schools to middle level in various locations within District Panjgur, Balochistan. The CWPP&H Department, District Panjgur, is overseeing this significant educational infrastructure enhancement under the 2025 fiscal year budget. The scope covers multiple sites such as GGPS Hussain Abad Gramkan, GGPS Dez Parome, GGPS Dazyanbonistan Nokeabad, and GGPS Zundeen Daz, each requiring careful planning to address local terrain and logistical challenges. The engineering tasks will demand skilled execution to meet educational standards and community needs, with a total estimated cost of PKR 25,480,000 per work.
Bidders must comply with Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, hold an active FBR tax status, and demonstrate financial capacity with a turnover of at least PKR 17,836,000. PEC registration and prior experience with similar assignments are mandatory. Bid security of 2% in the form of bank guarantee or deposit at call is required. Tender documents are available for PKR 2,000 from the CWPP&H office.
The submission deadline is set for 16 January 2026, with bid opening starting at 10:00 AM and subsequent times for each lot.
