Upgradation and RCC Component Works for Pakistan Railways Quetta Division

Pakistan Railways Divisional Office Quetta invites sealed bids for execution of works based on Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates 2016 and through rates on the basis of Single Stage Single Envelope from eligible bidders/firms. The works require firms with fresh renewal of license CE-06 and specialization codes CE-10, registered and cleared from Sales & Income Tax Department and active on ATL of FBR. Items being procured: - Upgradation of Class-II un-manned lever Crossing No. 56 at K.M No. 386/6-7 into Class-I manned dual carriage way by providing level crossing 56/56-A between Quetta and Sheikhmanda stations on Quetta-Chaman section - Preparation of Estimate, Drawing and RCC Component of the Structure i.e Watch Towers at Quetta The technical scope includes civil works for upgrading railway crossings and preparation of structural estimates and drawings for RCC components. Bidders must submit bids through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System Version 2.0 (E-PADS) with scanned copy of Bid Security in form of CDR/Pay order in the name of DAO/P.R Quetta. Original bid security and hard copy of bidding documents must be submitted to the office of Divisional Engineer-I, P.R Quetta (Work Accounts Branch). Bids will be opened on the same date at 12:30 hrs in the office of Divisional Accounts Officer, P.R Quetta in presence of firm representatives. Eligibility requires PEC license CE-06 with CE-10 specialization, FBR registration, and earnest money as specified. The deadline for bid submission is 22nd August 2026 at 12:00 hours.
