Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms for the upgradation and rehabilitation of damaged hatcheries located at the Trout Culture Training Centre in Madyan Swat. This tender is issued under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).
Items being procured:
- Upgradation / Rehabilitation of damaged hatcheries of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at Trout Culture Training Centre Madyan Swat (Civil Works)
The scope of work includes civil construction and rehabilitation activities to restore the hatchery facilities to full operational status. The project requires firms with PEC category C-4 and above. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 2,258,240/- as earnest money. The work completion period will be as per the work order issued by the department.
Bidders are required to submit their technical proposals in the prescribed format through EPADS before the deadline. Financial bids will be opened only for technically responsive bidders. All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013.
