The Gwadar Development Authority invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates. Financial capacity must demonstrate a turnover of at least PKR 12,994,128 in the last three years. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-6 and above is mandatory, with specialization codes CE10 (i) General Civil Engineering Works, CE10 (iii) Concrete Repairs, and CE10 (viii) Waterproofing. The tender fee is PKR 2,000 and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Bid security must be submitted as a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Issuance of tender documents is open from the date of publication until 12 October 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 12 October 2026 till 11:00 AM.
