Upgradation of Rural Bhu Baranima Safar Khan, Bhu Surghund, Bhuj Katvi, Bhu Nasarabad & Bhu Laffarabad District Loralai (Balochistan Special Development Initiative BSDI Phase-III 2026)

The C&W, PPH Department District Loralai invites eligible bidders for the upgradation of rural areas including Bhu Baranima Safar Khan, Bhu Surghund, Bhuj Katvi, Bhu Nasarabad and Bhu Laffarabad in District Loralai under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative BSDI Phase-III 2026. The tender includes two main works: - Upgradation of Rural Bhu Baranima Safar Khan, Bhu Surghund, Bhuj Katvi, Bhu Nasarabad & Bhu Laffarabad District Loralai (Balochistan Special Development Initiative BSDI Phase-III 2026) - Construction of Futsal Ground at Resalalines, Loralai (Balochistan Special Development Initiative BSDI Phase-III 2026) The estimated cost for the upgradation work is Rs. 49,751,792 and for the futsal ground construction Rs. 30,845,771. The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and have completed two similar assignments with registration from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category. Bidders must also be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and submit a bid security in the form of a bank guarantee at 3% of the bid value. The tender fee is Rs. 1500 and a bid security of 3% is required for each work. Bids must be submitted electronically via the BPPRAG portal (www.bppra.gob.pk). The deadline for submission is 3rd September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM on the same day via EPPS system.
