Upgradation of User Licenses of E - Views Software from Version 12 to 14

The Independent System and Market Operator Guarantee Limited (ISMO) (Independent System and Market Operator (ISMO)) in Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed bids for the procurement of goods under the project titled Upgradation of User Licenses of E - Views software from Version 12 to 14. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the existing business intelligence and data analysis software capabilities. Items being procured: - Upgradation of E - Views User Licenses (Software) from Version 12 to 14, Quantity: 3 licenses The scope includes upgrading the software user accounts/licenses to the latest version to ensure improved functionality and performance. Bidders must comply with the technical specifications and provide goods that conform to the required standards. The delivery location is ISMO, Pitras Bukhari Road, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad Capital Territory. Eligible bidders include individuals, companies, firms, or public/semi-public agencies registered with relevant authorities such as FBR and SECP. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. The bidding process will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal before the deadline of Monday, September 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0.
