Upgrade of HQ CC TV Camera System

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of an Upgrade of HQ CC TV camera system in Islamabad. Items being procured: - NVR 16 Channels on a 40-inch LED monitor (4 units) - Hard Drive Capacity: 16TB (4 units) - 8MP Outdoor IP Camera Full version (Metal) (26 units) - 8MP Indoor IR IP Camera Full version (Metal) (25 units) - POE Switch 08 Port (12 units) - RJ 45 Connectors (3 packs) - CAT 6 Cable (5 rolls) - Fiber HDMI 15 Meter (4 units) - SMART LED 40 or 42 inch (3 units) - Duck Putty (20 units) - HDMI Cable 20 Meters (6 units) - Installation of all 51 cameras at designated places The technical scope includes supply and installation of a high-resolution CCTV system with advanced AI features such as face detection, recognition, perimeter protection, and intelligent search capabilities. The system supports 16 IP camera channels with industrial-grade processors and enterprise-grade storage designed for 24/7 continuous recording. The cameras include both outdoor and indoor models with PoE support and high illumination capabilities. The installation will be completed within 15 to 20 days at the PTA premises in Islamabad. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR, active on ATL for income and sales tax, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and submit a bid securing declaration. Bidders must also provide evidence of satisfactory past performance and at least 5 purchase orders of similar nature. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The bid security is not applicable but a bid securing declaration is mandatory.
