Upgrade Scale Out Capacity for Information Security Monitoring Solution at Primary and Disaster Recovery Site

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and active on the FBR's Active Tax Payers List (ATL). The procurement is for the upgrade of scale out capacity for the Information Security Monitoring Solution at both the Primary and Disaster Recovery sites in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Upgrade Scale Out Capacity for Information Security Monitoring Solution at Primary Site - Upgrade Scale Out Capacity for Information Security Monitoring Solution at Disaster Recovery Site The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with evaluation under LCBS in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulations and guidelines issued by NADRA. Bidders must submit bids accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee. E-bidding documents including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/119806. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of the PP Rules 2004.
