Items being procured: - Expansion of existing Huawei OceanStore Pacific 9520 storage cluster with OceanProtect ransomware protection (1 Lot) - Supply and installation of Huawei OceanStore Pacific 9520 storage nodes for cluster expansion (3 Nodes) - Enterprise-grade node configuration including OEM-certified processors, memory, NL-SAS drives, and redundant power supplies (3 Nodes) - Online cluster integration with automatic data balancing and redistribution without service interruption (1 Lot) - Network connectivity with minimum 2 × 25GbE service ports and 2 × Ethernet management and replication ports per node, including NICs, SFP28 optics, cables, and accessories (3 Nodes) - Support for existing storage services including S3 Object Storage, NFS, SMB/CIFS, FTP, and Multi-Protocol Access with license extension (1 Lot) - Support for online capacity expansion, data protection mechanisms, and in-cluster scaling without external data migration (1 Lot) - Centralized management through existing Huawei management platform with monitoring and reporting (1 Lot) - Professional services including site assessment, delivery, installation, rack mounting, configuration, cluster integration, capacity expansion, data rebalancing, testing, and commissioning (1 Lot) - OEM Huawei warranty and support for three years including 24×7 technical support with 4-hour response commitment and biannual software/firmware updates (3 Years) The scope includes supply, installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, and three years of comprehensive support and maintenance services. The solution must seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure without disrupting ongoing production services. No remote access for troubleshooting is permitted; competent local technical resources must be maintained. The bidder is responsible for all activities at NADRA premises to ensure successful deployment and operational readiness. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST registration, active ATL listing, OEM Tier-1 partnership, certified engineer certificate, and OEM registration in Pakistan for at least three years.
