Uplift and Beautification Activities with Infrastructure Improvement in Urban Areas of Peshawar

The Local Government and Rural Development Department Peshawar is procuring uplift and beautification activities along with infrastructure improvement works across multiple urban areas in Peshawar city. The scope includes enhancement of public spaces in Daag, Abdara, Danish Abad, Babu Ghari, Rahat Abad, Arbaban, Darmangi, Tehkal, Hassan Ghari, Wapda House, Saeed Abad, Faqir Abad, Abaseen Nawaz Abad, Muhallah Kandar, Nauthiya Jadeed, Landi Arbab, Swati Gate, Nodeh Payan, Shagi Hindkian, Kandi Bala, and Hazar Khawani. These works involve street light installation, beautification, and infrastructure upgrades to improve urban living conditions. Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Firms should also be registered with FBR and ATL, demonstrating relevant experience in similar urban infrastructure projects. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) at 2% of the bid value is required. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with technical and financial bids submitted electronically via EPADS. The deadline for submission is 13th May 2026 at 12:30 PM, with financial bids opening after technical evaluation. Clarifications can be sought until 6th May 2026. Bidders should send their financial proposals through registered courier to the Office of Assistant Director, Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar.
