Uplift and Beautification Activities and Infrastructure Improvement in Peshawar Rural and Urban Areas

The Local Government and Rural Development Department Peshawar is procuring uplift and beautification activities along with infrastructure improvements in various rural and urban areas of Peshawar including Urmar, Lala, Mera Kachori, Wadpaga, Kankola, Chamkani, Pakha Ghulam, Phandu, Mussazai, Chowa Gujjar, Chughal Pura, Haryana, Khazana, Nahaqi, and Gulbela. This tender covers multiple sites within the district and aims to enhance basic infrastructure and beautification to improve living conditions and public amenities. The technical scope includes civil works related to beautification and infrastructure upgrades such as road improvements, landscaping, and other related construction activities. Contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Firms must also be registered with FBR and ATL and demonstrate relevant experience in similar infrastructure projects. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with submission of technical and financial bids through the EPADS system. The last date and time for submission of electronic tender forms is 12th May 2026 at 12:30 PM. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation. Bids must be submitted to the Office of Assistant Director, Chamkani Mor Budhai Road, Peshawar via registered courier before the deadline. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that the technical proposal is well organized with a numbered table of contents and no overwriting or cutting in the bid documents. This will facilitate smooth evaluation and avoid disqualification.
