Tender Description
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites bids for the procurement of civil works related to the Vacation of CRO Islamabad and Relocation/Refurbishment of relocated offices under contract T#05/26-27 with reference number P93046. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and funded by the SECP.

- Vacation of CRO Islamabad
- Relocation of offices
- Refurbishment of relocated offices
The scope includes all civil works necessary for vacating the CRO Islamabad premises and relocating the offices to new locations, including refurbishment to make the new offices functional and compliant with SECP standards. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and regulatory guidelines as detailed in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must participate through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by Monday, September 7, 2026, at 02:30 PM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security must be provided in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents.
