Vacation of CRO Islamabad and Relocation/Refurbishment of Relocated Offices - T#05/ 26-27

The Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil works related to the Vacation of CRO Islamabad and Relocation/Refurbishment of relocated offices under contract reference P93046. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed in Islamabad. The scope includes dismantling and removal of existing finishes, fixtures, materials, debris, and garbage from the CRO Islamabad located at State Life Building China Chowk Blue Area Islamabad and SECP Head Office, Blue Area Islamabad, with shifting, transportation, and commissioning at Deen Pavilion Blue Area Islamabad. Items being procured: - Dismantling and removal of existing finishes, fixtures, materials, debris and garbage - Providing and laying glazed full body porcelain tiles (2600 SFT) - Providing and laying approved ceramic wall/floor tiles in kitchen and washrooms - Providing and fixing 12 mm thick gypsum board false ceiling (2600 SFT) - Providing and installing complete PVC plumbing pipework for three washrooms and kitchen - Providing and installing washroom and kitchen fixtures and accessories - Providing and installing wooden partition walls (300 SFT) - Providing and installing 12 mm thick clear tempered glass and glass doors - Providing and fixing frosted decorative film on glass doors and glazed areas - Providing and fixing glazed aluminium windows and deep cleaning of aluminium framed windows - Painting works including matt enamel and plastic emulsion paint - Fabrication and installation of office workstations, executive tables, and furniture shifting - Electrical works including dismantling, shifting, reusing and reinstalling electrical wiring system, generator relocation, multi-light plug points, LED ceiling lights, main distribution boards - CCTV and electrical system installation and shifting - HVAC/AC works including dismantling, shifting, reinstalling existing AC units and installation of new split-type inverter air conditioners - ELV/Telephone/Intercom installation The technical scope covers all materials, workmanship, and installation as per approved drawings, specifications, and directions of the Engineer. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C6 or above and comply with FBR/ATL registration requirements. Experience in similar renovation and high-end finishing works related to corporate liaison office buildings or business facilitation centers with a minimum contract value of Rs. 10 million is required. The contract duration is 21 days. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 7, 2026, 02:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft must be submitted in original to the Procurement Office SECP NICL Building, 63 Jinnah Avenue Islamabad before the bid closing date. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
