Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, GST, NTN, and SRB, and have at least 5 years of relevant experience with proven past performance in organizing large public sector convocations for 1500+ persons. Warehousing capacity in Karachi and trained staff are mandatory. Bid submission is through the SPPRA EPADS portal with original hard copy and bid security of Rs. 598,350 in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft/Bank Guarantee. Tender fee is Rs. 3000 non-refundable. Bids must be valid for 90 days. Performance security of 5% of contract value is required upon award. Payment will be released within 45 days after satisfactory completion and submission of required documents.
