Tender Description
This tender invites qualified workshops in Islamabad to prequalify for vehicle repair and maintenance services for the Financial Year 2025-26 under the Collectorate of Customs (Airports). The scope includes repair, mechanical and suspension work, engine oil changes, wheel alignment and balancing, electrical work, and procurement of tyres and spare parts for various vehicle makes including Toyota and Honda.
The workshops must demonstrate capabilities in engine overhauling, denting, painting, and handling software/electronic vehicle technology. They should have relevant experience, adequate personnel, equipment, and parking/inspection space. The site is Islamabad, requiring workshops to be ready for immediate and odd-hour work, with a commitment to replace faulty parts during warranty periods free of cost.
Bidders should ensure valid GST/NTN registration and no blacklisting certificates. The tender advises compliance with FBR and ATL requirements for the 2025-26 financial year. Workshops should be prepared with a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of PKR 200,000 in favor of the Deputy Collector (HQ). This tender is ideal for firms with PEC registration in relevant categories and a strong financial position.
Submission deadline is on 23rd February 2026 at 12:30 PM, with bid opening at 3:00 PM on the same day. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by hand at the Collectorate of Customs (Airports), Islamabad. Technical bids are to be submitted on firm letterhead, and applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement (EPADs) portal.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your technical bid includes all required documents and that your workshop meets the physical verification criteria, especially parking space and equipment levels, as these are heavily weighted in the assessment.
