Pre-qualification for Vehicle Repair, Tyres and Batteries Purchase

The Prime Minister's Inspection Commission Islamabad is inviting sealed bids from registered workshops for pre-qualification of repair and maintenance services for official vehicles along with procurement of tyres and batteries. This tender is specifically for workshops located in Islamabad with valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registrations and possessing their own garage, spare parts availability, and technical experts. The scope includes repair and maintenance of various makes and models of vehicles such as Toyota, Suzuki, Honda motorcycles, and others. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance services for Toyota, Suzuki, Honda motorcycles and other official vehicles - Purchase of tyres for Toyota Prado (265/65R17), Honda Civic (195/65R15), Toyota Corolla (P195/65R15), Toyota Yaris (195/55/R16), Suzuki Swift (185/65/R15 or 185/60/R15), Motorcycle CD-70, Motorcycle CG-125 - Purchase of batteries for Toyota Prado (MF115 volt), Honda Civic (NS-65ZL), Toyota Corolla (NS-55ZL), Suzuki Swift (NS-55ZL), Toyota Yaris (NS-55ZL), Motorcycle CD-70, Motorcycle CG-125 The technical scope requires workshops to have a complete setup including garage, spare parts availability, telephone/fax facilities, and qualified technical experts. The workshops must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, active GST, NTN, Vendor number, and an active taxpayer certificate. Financial soundness must be demonstrated with at least one year's bank statement. Non-blacklisting affidavit is mandatory. The committee will conduct physical visits to verify setups before pre-qualification. Earnest money of Rs. 50,000 in the form of Bank Draft/Pay order is required with the bid. The workshop must provide warranty on replaced or repaired parts and return old spare parts after replacement. Bids will be opened on 29-07-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders at PMIC's Conference Room 232-E, Prime Minister's Office Islamabad. Interested bidders should collect detailed terms and specifications from the transport section of PMIC or download from www.pmic.gov.pk and www.ppra.gov.pk. One practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents including financial proof, tax certificates, and non-blacklisting affidavit are complete and attached to avoid disqualification.
