Procurement of Vehicle Spare Parts and Repair Services for DHQ Hospital Lower Chitral 2026-27

District Headquarters Hospital Lower Chitral is inviting online re-tender bids for the procurement of vehicle spare parts and repair services for the financial year 2026-27. Registered, Sales Tax and Income Tax registered, well reputed and experienced firms or suppliers who are registered on KPPRA E-PADS under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014 are eligible to participate in this process. The procurement is being conducted through the E-Procurement system, and all bids must be submitted online. Bids without a PEC license will not be accepted. Earnest Money/Security Deposit in original CDR at 2% amounting to Rs. 12000 in favour of Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Lower Chitral must reach by the due date. Cheque or Pay Order will not be acceptable. Local items must be supplied within 30 days and imported items within 90 days after order receipt, otherwise penalty at 0.067% per day will be deducted as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules. All items must be supplied on F.O.R basis at DHQ Hospital Chitral. Income Tax and Sales Tax will be deducted as per Government rules. The quoted rates must remain valid up to 30th June, 2027. The Hospital Inspection Committee will inspect all supplied or repaired items, and substandard items will be rejected. The dealer or supplier is bound to replace any substandard items.
