Procurement and Installation of Vehicle Tracking System (E-Tag) on Entry/Exit Gates of National University of Modern Languages Islamabad

The National University of Modern Languages Islamabad invites sealed tenders as per PPRA rule (36A) through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) from well reputed and GST registered firms for the procurement and installation of a Vehicle Tracking System (E-Tag) on the entry and exit gates of the university. Items being procured: - Vehicle Tracking System (E-Tag) for Entry/Exit Gates The technical scope includes supply and installation of the E-Tag system at the designated gates of NUML Islamabad. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with all bidding document requirements available at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/115957. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to Rs.159,111 in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through EPADS v2.0, while the original Bank Draft/Pay Order must be submitted physically along with the original sealed proposal(s). A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.15,000 in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order must also be submitted to the office of the undersigned with the bid. The submission deadline is 30th September 2026 till 1100 Hrs, with bid opening on the same day at 1130 Hrs in the presence of available bidders. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and prepare all required documents carefully to avoid disqualification.
