Supply of Vehicles/Machinery Repair, Agriculture Tools, Seeds, Fertilizer, Fencing Material and Plastic Tunnel for District Agriculture Gilgit 2026-27

The Office of Deputy Director Agriculture Gilgit, under the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, is inviting sealed quotations from eligible suppliers for the supply of various agricultural items and services for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at supporting the operational and developmental needs of the Agriculture Department in Gilgit. Interested bidders are encouraged to participate by submitting their quotations as per the terms and conditions outlined in the notice. Items being procured: - Repair of Vehicles/Machinery etc - Power Tiller, Agriculture Tools, FYM, Chemical Fertilizer & Top Soiling - Cereal / Vegetable Seed, Root Stock, Fruit Plants & Stone Seed - Fencing Material & Plastic Tunnel The technical scope covers a broad range of agricultural machinery repair, supply of essential tools and fertilizers, provision of seeds and planting materials, as well as fencing and tunnel materials for crop protection. Suppliers must ensure that all items meet the required standards and specifications as detailed in the tender documents. The procurement will be carried out according to the availability of funds, and the quoted rates must remain valid until 30.06.2027. Eligibility criteria include at least three years of relevant experience in supplying similar goods or services. Bidders must provide documentary evidence of their experience, such as completion certificates. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 4,000 is required, payable via challan to the Government Treasury. Bid security must be submitted as per the tender document instructions, in favor of the Deputy Director Agriculture Gilgit, through any schedule bank including KCBL. Only technically qualified bids will be opened under the single stage two envelope procedure. Sealed quotations must reach the undersigned on or before 26.08.2026 at 10:00 am, with the opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 am. All quotations without the required call deposit or received after the deadline will be rejected. For best results, bidders should ensure their documentation is complete and that all eligibility and technical requirements are clearly addressed to avoid disqualification.
