The procurement will be conducted under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method, in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying veterinary medicines to government or large organizations will be an advantage.
