Procurement of Video Conference (Poly G7500 Platform) on Supply & Services Basis

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) Islamabad invites bids for the procurement of Video Conference equipment based on the Poly G7500 platform on supply and services basis. This tender covers the supply and services required to meet PTCL's technical requirements and scope of work (SOW). Items being procured: - Video Conference (Poly G7500 Platform) equipment and related services Bidders must submit their bids marked as 'RFP # Proc. 5-1/2/270726/4889' in complete accordance with the procedures laid down in the RFP. Bids must be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee as bid security equivalent to 0.2% of the total bid value, valid for six months from the date of issuance, issued by a first-class scheduled bank in Pakistan. Non-compliance will lead to disqualification. Bids shall be submitted only through the SAP Ariba Platform via the provided link. Vendor registration with PTCL is mandatory, and vendors must mention their Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) assigned by PTCL on bids. Unregistered vendors are required to register with PTCL for a continuous business relationship. Vendor registration forms are available on PTCL's website. This procurement is open to all eligible bidders who meet PTCL's requirements. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and annul the bidding process at any time without incurring any liability. The last date for bid submission is 31 August 2026 before 5:00 PM.
