Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply and installation of a video conferencing system at Government Holdings (Private) Limited's office located on the 5th floor, Petroleum House, Ataturk Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad. The procurement falls under Electronics & Appliances and IT & Office Equipment categories, reflecting the technical nature of the equipment and integration services required.
The scope includes delivery, installation, and integration of Zoom services with the video conferencing equipment. The system must meet detailed technical specifications such as dual 4K UHD cameras, AI-based smart framing, multiple microphones with a pickup range of up to 25 feet, and compatibility with major cloud platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. The bidder is responsible for safe delivery, installation, and providing a minimum three-year OEM onsite warranty covering parts and labor. The equipment must be supported by qualified maintenance engineers with guaranteed response times not exceeding 48 hours, and backup equipment must be provided if downtime exceeds this period.
Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements, including registration with FBR for GST and income tax, and must submit a bid bond of PKR 100,000. The tender requires adherence to the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) status for payment processing. The bid validity period is 90 days, and bids must be submitted in English via the EPADS portal in PDF format. The evaluation process includes a technical assessment with a minimum passing score of 65 marks, followed by financial evaluation of technically qualified bids.
The submission deadline is set for 12:00 PM on **February 26, 2026**, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day at GHPL's office. Bidders must submit their bids addressed to the DGM (HR & Administration) at the Petroleum House, Islamabad. All bids must be sealed and signed on each page, clearly labeled with the tender title.
Pro-Tip: Make sure to carefully review the bid bond and performance bond requirements, as failure to submit these on time can lead to disqualification or forfeiture. Also, verify your ATL status with FBR before invoice submission to avoid payment delays.
