Tender Description
Pakistan Education Endowment Fund (PAK-EEF-NEST) invites sealed bids for procurement of a video conferencing system through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS). Bids must be submitted by 7th January 2026 at 1100 hours PST.
The procurement targets reputable SECP approved companies with offices in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and valid NTN registration. Bidders must comply with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and submit bid security both electronically and physically. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 29th December 2025 at the PAK-EEF-NEST office in Islamabad. Bids will be opened on the closing date at the same venue via e-PADS in the presence of bidders' representatives.
