VSAT Power Equipment Spares & Tools 2026 to 2029

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) Islamabad invites bids in PKR on DDP basis for VSAT Power Equipment Spares & Tools for the period 2026 to 2029. The procurement is in accordance with PTCL requirements and aims to ensure continuous supply and maintenance of VSAT power equipment. Items being procured: - VSAT Power Equipment Spares - VSAT Power Equipment Tools Bids must be complete in all aspects as per the RFP Proc.7-2/2/170626/4826 and submitted latest by 22.09.2026 before 17:00 hours. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. Submission is only through the SAP Ariba platform at the provided link. Vendor registration with PTCL is mandatory. Vendors must mention their Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) assigned by PTCL on their quotations/bids. Unregistered vendors are required to register with PTCL for a good and continuous business relationship. VR forms can be downloaded from PTCL's official website. All correspondence regarding the tender can be addressed to the undersigned. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and annul the bidding process at any time without liability to bidders. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on SAP Ariba and to carefully follow the submission instructions to avoid disqualification.
