Walk-In Registration of New LPDD Vendors for Local Purchase on Day to Day Basis at Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital Dera Ghazi Khan

Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital, Dera Ghazi Khan invites applications from Pharmacies/Firms registered under the Drugs Act, 1976, DRAP Act, 2012 (as amended from time to time) and other relevant laws, in sealed envelopes, for Registration of New Local Purchase on Day-to-Day (LPDD) Vendors for the supply of Medicines, Surgical Disposables and other allied items to be procured through Local Purchase on Day-to-Day basis. The registration process shall be conducted in accordance with the prescribed Registration Documents. Eligible firms having established credentials in Technical, Financial and Managerial aspects and possessing relevant experience in the supply of medicines, surgical disposables and other healthcare items to Government institutions are invited to apply subject to the following terms and Conditions. Items being procured: - Medicines - Surgical Disposables - Other allied items Terms & Conditions include: 1. Invitation is open for new registration of LPDD Vendors. Already registered LPDD Vendors of Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital, Dera Ghazi Khan shall submit a separate application for Renewal/Extension of Registration. 2. Interested firms shall deposit a non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 3,000/- in the designated account of Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital, Dera Ghazi Khan and attach the original paid voucher/challan with the application. 3. Registration Documents can be obtained from the Purchase Department of Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital, Dera Ghazi Khan up to 14-09-2026 till 11:00 AM. A copy of the Registration Documents will also be available on the websites of DG Khan Medical College DG Khan and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). The response time shall be exclusive from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website. 4. Required documents, duly attested, along with the prescribed Performance Guarantee of Rs. 50,000/- (Refundable) in the name of Medical Superintendent, Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital, Dera Ghazi Khan, must be submitted with the application. Applications received without the prescribed Performance Guarantee shall not be entertained. 5. Applications/ documents shall be submitted in the Purchase Department, Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital, Dera Ghazi Khan on or before 14-09-2026 up to 11:00 AM. The applications shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the applicants or their authorized representatives and members of the Local Purchase Vigilance Committee. 6. The sealed envelope must be clearly marked 'Registration of LPDD Vendors (F.Y. 2026-27)'. 7. Applicants shall submit a complete company profile along with all required registration documents. 8. Applicants must clearly mention the Representative's Name, CNIC Number and Contact Number in the application. 9. If the date of submission/opening is declared a public holiday or due to any unforeseen circumstances, the next working day shall be deemed to be the date of submission/opening the time and venue shall remain unchanged. One practical tip for bidders: Ensure your application is complete with all required documents and the Performance Guarantee of Rs. 50,000/- is attached, as incomplete submissions will be rejected outright.
