Procurement of Wall Mounted Water Chiller and Three Wheeler Loader

The University of Turbat in Turbat, Balochistan, is inviting bids for the procurement of a Wall Mounted Water Chiller and a Three Wheeler Loader for the financial year 2026-27. The unit operates on 220-240V AC, 50Hz power supply and comes with a minimum one-year comprehensive warranty. Brands such as Nasgas, Super Asia, Waves, Dawlance, PEL, Canon, and Iceberg or equivalents are acceptable. The Three Wheeler Loader is designed for municipal garbage collection with a four-stroke, water-cooled petrol engine of approximately 200 cc or higher. It includes electric start with manual backup, manual constant mesh gear transmission with at least 5 forward gears and 1 reverse, multi-plate wet clutch, and a payload capacity of minimum 800 kg. The cargo body is heavy-duty and corrosion-resistant. Suspension includes hydraulic shock absorbers at the front and heavy-duty leaf springs with shock absorbers at the rear. The vehicle has heavy-duty tyres, front mechanical drum brake, rear hydraulic brake, 12 Volt DC electrical system, and safety features such as reflectors and warning markings. It must have a minimum fuel tank capacity of 20 litres and a maximum speed of at least 50 km/h. The vehicle should be from United Motors, Jaandar Motors, or equivalent manufacturers and include a minimum one-year warranty. Bidders must provide manufacturer catalogues, compliance statements, warranty details, and after-sales service commitments with their technical offers. Eligibility requires firm registration, FBR tax and sales tax certificates, at least three years of supply experience, and a non-blacklisted declaration on stamp paper. The bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft, with the original submitted physically before the deadline at the University of Turbat's address.
