Procurement of Wall Mounted Water Chillers and a Three-wheeler Loader

The University of Turbat invites electronic bids from eligible dealers and firms for the procurement of specific equipment to support its operational needs in Turbat, Balochistan. The technical scope includes delivery, installation, and commissioning of the chillers and the loader at the University of Turbat main campus located on M-8 CPEC road, Ginnah Turbat. Bidders must ensure compliance with quality standards and provide warranty and after-sales support. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with FBR and BRA, possess relevant experience in supply of similar equipment, and submit a bid security of 5% of the quoted amount in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of the University of Turbat. The tender follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(1) and bids must be submitted electronically via the PPRA ePADS portal. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 is payable through Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, or deposit in the University’s HBL account.
