Procurement of Warehousing Racks for 2/3 Wheeler E-Bikes on FOR Basis

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for warehousing racks specifically designed for 2/3 Wheeler E-Bikes on a FOR (Free on Road) basis. Items being procured: - Warehousing Racks for 2/3 Wheeler E-Bikes (quantity as per annexure A) This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate of Heavy Industries Taxila. The delivery period is set for three months after signing the contract. Bidders must ensure compliance with the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) and follow PPRA and MoDP rules strictly. Financial credibility must be demonstrated through audit reports of the last three financial years and attested bank statements for the last year. The CNIC of the CEO or Director must be provided. Trade links with OEMs are required for distributors or agents. A judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred is also necessary. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations must be submitted. A postal order of Rs 2000 must accompany the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 13 August 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website.
