Warranty, Support and License for Cisco Catalyst 9300 Switches

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR. The procurement is for the Warranty, Support, and License of Cisco Catalyst 9300 Switches under tender number NADRA-HQ-RFB-104/2026. Items being procured: - Warranty for Cisco Catalyst 9300 Switches - Support for Cisco Catalyst 9300 Switches - License for Cisco Catalyst 9300 Switches The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with evaluation based on the Lowest Cost Bid Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulations and guidelines issued by the authority. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee. The original bid security must be submitted on or before Monday, September 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM. E-bidding documents including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/106930. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Procuring agency will not be responsible for any technical issues related to EPADS. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements.
