Tender Description
This tender invites contractors in Washuk for the development package in the irrigation sector under PSDP 2025-26. The procurement covers civil works with a project cost of 60.212 million PKR. Bidding is open under Balochistan Composite Schedule of Rates 2023 with strict eligibility criteria.
The scope includes irrigation infrastructure development with required PEC registration in CE04(ii) and CE10(i) codes. Contractors must have completed similar contracts in tough terrain, maintain 70% average annual turnover, and possess a minimum 50% bank credit line. Bid security of 4% and tender fee are mandatory.
Submission requires original CDR and green challan on firm letterhead by January 6, 2026, via e-bidding. The Executive Engineer Washuk Irrigation Division manages the process. Bids will be opened the same day at 1300 Hrs through e-bidding procedures.
