Tender Description
Town Municipal Corporation Malir invites sealed bids for the provision of water boring works at UC-09 Bakhtawar, Karachi. This procurement is specifically for the execution of a 200 feet deep water boring project, to be carried out at the designated site within the jurisdiction of TMC Malir. The estimated cost for this work is PKR 2,204,060, and the project is expected to be completed within three months from the issuance of the written order of commencement.

The technical scope includes all necessary boring, supply of materials, labor, and completion of the water boring to the specified depth, as per the requirements and standards set by the Executive Engineer (B&R), TMC Malir. Bidders are required to submit a bid security amounting to 5% of the contract/sanction amount, and a 5% retention money will be deducted from each running bill. The bid validity period is 90 days, and 8% income tax will be deducted from bills as per government rules.
